Purchasing a home is one of the biggest financial decisions in life, and if the property’s value is ₹50 lakh or more, understanding Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) rules is extremely important. Failure to comply with these regulations can lead to tax notices, penalties, and unnecessary complications.
